Nishith Desai Associates (NDA) are one of the most innovative law firms in Asia for businesses entering the Indian market. Our task was to reimagine the interior of their New Delhi office ensuring the space elegant and minimalistic. The brief included desk space for nine advocates, a small library and two high spec, sound-proof meeting rooms designated specifically for private clients.
The office is situated on the 13th floor of a prominent building in downtown Delhi, befitting the nature of the client. Natural light floods the meeting rooms which are positioned at the far end of the office for client confidentiality . The colour palette is kept neutral with simple white finishes, glass and timber floors used throughout. This identity is brought into the lobby through signage and wayfinding.
The furniture is a mix of Steelcase and Herman Miller, re-used from other locations to maintain a consistent look and feel across the offices.
