Kirk’s 25 year experience covers a diverse range of complex deliveries in the HE, education and commercial sectors, with a focus on quality, innovation and delivery with great success including AJ Retrofit awards (various schemes), BCO retrofit awards for a £195mill 90ksqft retrofit/new build mix with innovative sustainability features ( used for BRE research), BCO winner for £54mill fashion store fitout.

Having worked on multiple complex large scale projects Kirk promotes a more collaborative approach working with the design teams and stakeholders to ensure the appropriate and expected quality is delivered.
