This is ADP’s second annual impact report. A key part of being a responsible business is transparency: it’s only by sharing our impact that we can hold ourselves accountable for what we do.
We certified as a B Corporation in 2022. This document is a continuation of our commitment to sharing the stories behind that certification – stories of co-workers, projects, communities and places.
We want to celebrate our successes, but we also want to be honest about the areas where we feel we can improve. Hopefully we’ll address these in coming years, and build on our efforts to create more joy in our world.
