ADP has submitted designs for a new affordable housing scheme for planning approval, on behalf of the Hadden Group in partnership with Perth and Kinross Council.
Based on the outskirts of Perth in Scotland, the development will provide 18 affordable, high-quality homes on the site of the former Fairfield Neighbourhood Centre. The project is ADP’s second with the Hadden Group, after recently working together to deliver a successful new nursery in Falkirk.
The development forms part of Perth and Kinross Council’s ambition to regenerate areas experiencing higher levels of deprivation or inequality, creating thriving communities where people want to live and work. The homes are sustainable and efficient, in keeping with the Council’s Climate Emergency Action Plan and ADP’s own commitment to tackling the climate crisis.
The development is split into two forms, each providing nine apartments, and sitting on either side of a shared community courtyard at the heart of the site.
