Adrian Bower brings 20 years’ experience of residential, mixed-use and urban regeneration projects to the practice.

ADP is delighted to announce the appointment of their first Residential Sector Director. Adrian Bower joins the practice from Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, where he was instrumental in a number of high-profile schemes. These include Kidbrooke Village and Goodman’s Fields for Berkeley Homes, and the development of East Village, Stratford, following the London 2012 Olympics.

The new role reflects an increase in residential work for ADP, with current projects ranging from mixed-use developments to a specialist autism residential unit. The practice looks forward to continuing growth in this sector with Adrian leading the way.

Adrian commented: “I am delighted to join ADP as Residential Director and to be working with the talented teams across the studios. I look forward to helping grow the company’s experience in this sector as ADP embarks upon this exciting phase of its development.” Adrian joins ADP’s growing team of sector directors who cover schools, higher education/science + research, and healthcare.
