The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to lead our established Birmingham studio, working alongside our national sector leads and wider practice teams.  The role principally involves  Business Development to secure projects from new and existing clients, deliver our purpose lead strategy regionally,  client management, overall responsibility for the projects and teams involved in the projects regionally, and sharing knowledge/experience to develop the next generation of architects through mentoring. Plus involvement in design and technical reviews to continually evolve our work for a better future.

Knowledge of the region, and an established network is key to build on the strong foundations in place with the great local team.  You should be self-motivated and have excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
