The RICS Awards recognise industry-leading achievements and demonstrate the upholding of the highest standards of professionalism and ethics by individuals and teams across the built and natural environments. This year, two of our projects have been shortlisted in the public sector and refurbishment / revitalisation categories.

The Children’s Day Treatment Centre at Evelina London Children’s Hospital is shortlisted in the public sector category. The new facility is positioned in a highly constrained, sensitive site between the Victorian St Thomas’ Hospital and the contemporary Evelina London Children’s Hospital. This restriction shaped the project, inspiring us to explore innovations in healthcare design.

Granton Station is shortlisted in the Refurbishment / Revitalisation category. This project sensitively restored the vacant, historic station building into a new sustainable home for the social enterprise charity WASPS, supporting the local creative community. Positioned as a landmark at the gateway to the Granton Waterfront Regeneration area, this project significantly contributes to the local area’s broader regeneration efforts.

Congratulations to our project teams and to everyone who was shortlisted!
