Cobham Bowers has been designed to nurture and enhance wellbeing.  The architecture of the building and amenities such as the landscaped gardens and social pavilion have been enhanced through to  the interior design of the communal spaces and apartments.

Cobham Bowers is surrounded by beautiful countryside, inspiring the approach to the apartment interior design. This has created a relaxing home environment. The design is modern, fresh and positive using contemporary full height doors to flood rooms with natural light. The optional lighting designs helps to define areas and create natural zones in the apartments.

The kitchen is a unique, bespoke design for Pegasus brand with the textured detailing to the top. It is complimented by wooden floors to create a soft palette. Cobham Bowers is also unique with all the built in furniture being designed specifically for the project.
