Tom Cronin

Tom joined ADP in 2021, and acts as our Operations Director. His appointment is part of an exciting investment in the practice’s business processes and our continued focus on improvement and sustainable growth.

With 20 years’ experience in Architectural Practice Management, Tom is developing a number of strands of the business including the employee journey, facilities management, professional indemnity insurance and legal matters, and the quality management system.

His extensive experience and knowledge of both the architectural project process and the mechanics of administrative support, allows him to contribute to all aspects of the business and bring about effective and positive change.
