Karen Ward

As our head of finance, Karen is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to the board, and is supported by our accounts team.

Karen is particularly involved with the financial element of projects, including fee schedules and profit monitoring.

Outside of work, Karen is a governor of a local secondary school and a trustee of a charity that helps homeless and vulnerable people; she also volunteers as a debt counsellor. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, and cooking and entertaining with friends.
