In Baku, residential developments are normally marketed as shell and core. At ADP, we have developed detailed interior design concepts, transforming four of the Belvedere’s two-bed apartments into show flats. Fitting out these show fats will demonstrate the aspirational, luxury lifestyle promised for the residents of the Belvedere.
Our aim is to connect the five buildings around the courtyard through their branding and materiality, carving out a cohesive identity for the property. This gives the community a further sense of identity and place, carried over from our proposals concerning the Belvedere’s exterior design.
The quartet of flats benefit from large, open-plan living spaces, fit for living and entertaining. Residents will also benefit from balconies as well as generous roof terraces at the top of the buildings.
Our inspiration didn’t end there. Part of our proposals for new entrances and lift lobbies include being drawn inside, inspired by the materials of the facades and the new entrance pavilion. Pattern is used in the flats, with herringbone timber floors and tiling in the kitchens and bathroom. We also have further proposals for the first-floor gym and business suite, along with a new state-of-the-art hair and beauty salon.
