Sandwell Council has unanimously approved plans for the Perryfields Academy rebuild project.
Working with the Department for Education and Broadleaf Partnership Trust, we’ve designed a new three-storey teaching block with an integrated sports hall. The redevelopment will provide a significantly improved learning environment, alongside enhanced outdoor recreational spaces for students.
The project is being delivered by BAM Construction, and we’re looking forward to seeing the project progress and the design come to life!
Demolition works to existing ageing, temporary buildings has already starting and the project is scheduled to open in 2029.
