— STUDIO LOCATION
The world of work has changed irrevocably over the past year and the way in which we engage with our cities is transforming. There is an opportunity to reinvent the workplace and huge potential to create a new ecosystem within the city of London that will sustain it for the future.
With a strong and growing portfolio of workplace projects across the practice, we are looking to recruit a tenacious work-winning individual for our team.
The successful individual will have a proven track record of winning work in the London commercial workplace sector. They will also have the aptitude to develop and lead a clear strategy for expanding the sector nationally with the support of our senior management team.
We are looking for an excellent communicator and collaborator with energy and drive who can develop the workplace sector as part of our ambitious growth strategy.
With eight studios across the UK, Cyprus and India, and over 50 years’ history, ADP is in the UK’s top 40 architecture practices. We design around the principles of sustainability, belonging and engagement, rethinking the built environment to create a better future.
ADP is an employee-owned practice – meaning that all staff have a say in how the business is run, and everyone benefits from its success. We know that a healthy work/life balance is key to success: previous practice and studio events have included staff barbecues, archery, and a Christmas party at Spanish City in Whitley Bay following our award-winning restoration project. In addition to other benefits, all staff have flexible working hours, with the option to take a three-day weekend every fortnight.
We’re an equal opportunities employer and a “Gold”-standard Investor in People – reflecting our belief that it takes a people-centred practice to create people-centred architecture. Diversity is at the heart of our success, and we welcome applications from underrepresented groups.
