Do you have a passion for creating engaging visual content?

We have an exciting new creative role within our dynamic marketing team.

The core marketing team is spread across the Manchester, Oxford and London studios, and has experience spanning bid management, marketing communications, copywriting, graphic design, social value, event management and web/social media management. They work flexibly as one central team to support the practice in winning new work and delivering creative, authentic marketing initiatives that promote ADP’s values.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong design skills, with experience of producing content that is innovative and engaging. They will have a creative approach to visual storytelling and help maintain the integrity of all branded material. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required. Knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms together with associated analytics would be advantageous.

The role will involve:

  • Creating branded diagrams and infographics for our bids and communications
  • Producing memorable social media assets
  • Ensuring the tone, style and messaging of all content aligns with our existing brand guidelines, reflects ADP’s culture and is appropriate for the target market
  • Monitoring and updating our digital asset management software – Open Asset
  • Ensuring content is inclusive and accessible, and providing analysis on performance
  • Working with the wider marketing team to provide support with desktop publishing in Indesign
  • Updating digital platforms with company profile information
  • Editing and creating new video content on a range of different digital platforms and developing storyboards

Key attributes include:

  • Good graphic design skills with a desire to keep up with latest design trends, ensuring work feels fresh, modern and impactful
  • Proven track record of producing engaging content for multiple platforms
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple campaigns with a proactive attitude
  • Experience of Adobe Premier Pro is desirable

Can be based in our Oxford or Manchester studio.
