Tom White

As impact lead, Tom is responsible for managing the social impact of our practice and projects. This includes consulting the communities affected by our work, managing ADP's B Corp certification, and leading our approach to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Tom is passionate about business ethics and purpose. He uses his past experience as a teacher and communications professional to engage with people, listening and responding to understand how they interact with the spaces around them.

Outside of work, he splits his time between running along Manchester's many canals, producing bad ambient music, and writing a dystopian novel.
