Carmen is our APMP-qualified bid executive. She is experienced in managing complex multi-disciplinary proposals, supporting directors and a variety of stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of bids. She is also responsible for managing and maintaining ADP’s bid knowledge database, and for project managing the practice’s award submissions.
Outside work she aspires to be a quantum consciousness researcher.
